How is Riri different from a POS?
A POS rings up sales. Riri runs the business around the sale — bookings, patient records, quotations, credit terms, stock that tracks expiry dates, and the receipts in between. Checkout is one part of a bigger flow.

What devices do I need?
None to buy. Riri runs in the browser on any phone, tablet, or laptop you already own. There is no hardware bundle and nothing to install.

Is my patient and customer data safe?
Each business's data is isolated at the database level and encrypted, and the database is backed up before every system change. Patient records are consent-first with a full audit trail, aligned with the Data Privacy Act (RA 10173).
