Can I export my data and leave?
Yes — one click, standard CSV, every tier. Customers, sales, products, orders, and more. Your records are yours; leaving is allowed to be easy.
What does "stock deducts itself" mean?
Each service carries its own supply list. When you charge a treatment, Riri deducts the consumables it used — vials, syringes, gloves — from the right batch automatically, oldest safe lot first.
What are the Free tier limits?
Free covers the full core for one location with the owner plus one staff login, around 50 active patients and 100 sales a month — enough to run a real solo clinic, not a crippled trial.
What devices do I need?
None to buy. Riri runs in the browser on any phone, tablet, or laptop. No hardware bundle, nothing to install.
Is patient data safe?
Records are consent-first, isolated per clinic at the database level, and encrypted. Edits soft-delete with a full audit trail — the prior version is always kept — aligned with the Data Privacy Act (RA 10173).
